  We had a wonderful time in this spacious house.
  The views were great,the pingpong room was alwaysbusy with tournaments. The grandchildren
  loved the biking and kayaking. We did have a few plumbing problems, but we just shared our
  showers. Fun was had by all, 5-68 years. We
  even spent a day at Apalach. I would recommend
  the Owl Cafe for great seafood. We hope to be back next year for our annual Thanksgiving on the beach.

  We found some leftover trash around the pool and in the house when we arrived BUT we let Coastal Joe's know about it and they were right on it. A cabinet door was fixed right away by a very friendly employee. They seem to be a great management company and every employee we dealt with was friendly. We even ended up extending our stay. The property is not right on the beach but just a short walk away. I would definitely go back.

  This was an absolutely beautiful home! The decor was very high quality, especially for a beach home. Dolphins, dolphins and more dolphins...even a couple swam under our stand up paddle board.
  
  My ONLY complaint: our house wasn't ready at 4 pm due to a "miscommunication" between the rental company and the cleaners AND they didn't have time to get our electric grill working the day of arrival. When I questioned this late check-in and stressful beginning to our 16 people vacation, I was greeted with a quick and not so understanding employee. This rental company charges for your late departure (based on rental agreement), but there are no compensations for a late start to your vacation. Renter beware of this rental company, but definitely rent SEA HAVEN - beautiful!

  This house was more than generous in size for 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 teenagers. The views were absolutely amazing; the top deck offers views of both the ocean and bay. Nothing beats having your morning coffee on the deck listening to the waves crash against the beach. This was the best vacation that we have been on so far and will definitely be coming back.

  Awesome vacation home! Our family of 15 stayed comfortably for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the bright, beautiful colors used throughout and the beach decor. The view from the living room and kitchen on the third floor was amazing! A view of the ocean and beach in all directions! We definitely hope to stay here again.

  This this is the second time we have stayed at the Sea Haven. We've been going to the beach for a week each year for the last 30 years, and this is our favorite house. It has every amenity you could ask for and it is meticulously maintained. We don't want to stay anywhere else.

  This house has it all! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen that made it easy for a full house of hungry teenagers. The house had beach chairs, bikes, scooters, pool toys, games, movies and more. The house has ocean views for many rooms. Would consider renting this one again.

  We had a great time at this home. When we arrived, the home looked perfect, with nice landscaping,closed-in garage,12+ bikes were a nice surprise,loved the pool area w/ lounge chairs,showers,equipment closet;game room was awesome w/ ping-pong table,tvs and a drink fridge. Stairs--there were 38 to be exact, at first we were a bit tired of walking those all day long, but later we loved the exercise we were getting and didn't mind them at all by the end of the trip. A few bothers were the floors kind of dirty when we arrived, we don't wear shoes indoors and our feet were soiled quick. Also, almost none of the bedroom and bathroom doors locked. That was quite a surprise when someone walked in on you! We hope those will be fixed soon. The tv remotes were very difficult to operate, too many of them and mostly did not work at all. The pool gate latches did not work and actually one of the gates completely broke off it's hinge (very rusted), we had to call that in. The kitchen was very well supplied with all kinds of extras that we won't bring next time. Loved the ice maker, dining room table was nice and large. One thing they may consider adding would be some sort of window coverings on the top floor (kitchen/dining/living room area); it was a little hard to watch tv with the glare on it and eating at the main dining table with the sun right in your face. Blinds would ruin the view, but some sort of drapes that open and close would be a plus. The walk ways to the beach were nice, but a little over-grown on the foliage and ground debris needs a clean-up. Other than those few things, the house was absolutely perfect for our family and we have already told all of our circle of family/friends about this home. We will be back soon to enjoy this fabulous property! Enjoyable time,great weather,beautiful decor thru-out home,extra blankets,2 living areas were nice,loved it, loved it! Thanks owners for a nice place!

  The wrap-around porches were the best!! Nice neighborhood. Had all the amenities anyone could need and beautifully decorated. The stairs became tiresome after awhile. I would be careful of renting this home if someone in your party had mobility issues.
  Also, there is not much sound proofing between top (living room and kitchen) and middle floor (3 bedrooms) When people are moving around up there you will definitely hear them.

  Our visit to Cape San Blas was in honor of our daughter's high school graduation. We brought the whole family; grandparents, uncles/aunts and cousins, 15 total. The house was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable and so close to the beach. None of us was ready to leave (not always the case on a big family vacation). Thanks for magical memories.

  We enjoyed the Sea Haven property very much...the pool right off a back deck was a real plus, as was the rec room with ping pong table. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepard serveral dinner in...thanks for the convenient outdoor propane grill. For us, an extended family of 11 with 5 children (four age 6 and younger) Sea Haven was just that!

  A lovely house, in a lovely location. 10 people and 3 dogs descended on Sea Haven, and we had a delightful time. The house has enough private spaces and gathering spaces that anyone can either be alone, or be surrounded by others without effort. The kitchen was a true standout. Incredibly well-equipped, even for our curry cook-off, and did I mention sharp knives? We had a lovely time, and a few people even decided to stay an extra day. We'll be back, as soon as we can!

  The house was great. We had a great time. THe sunsets on the beach where beautiful. The only problem was only half the grill worked so grilling was a problem. The separate small ice maker did not work well. I did report these problems and I feel sure they will take care of them. All in all we had a wonderful and restful vacation.

  Everything was perfect, except the trash wasn't picked up all week. We sat it out the night before pick up day and all the trash sat in the neighborhood all week. By the time we left the smell was terrible over the whole area. Besides that it was awesome. The beach and house were better than we even expected and our children didn't want to leave.   We loved it, but we want to let you know that when it rained there's a leak into the house in the first floor living room which seems to becoming from a small hole on the right side of the top of the door frame (double doors leading out to the deck). Free standing icemaker in the kitchen is frozen up and didn't work and the air conditioning on the top floor was marginal. Repairman said coil needed to be replaced. But it's a terrific house and we'll be back.

  Cape San Blas is a perfect place to get away from it all. Sea Haven accomodated our 3 families with lots of space to relax and have fun! The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. We just wish it all were closer to our home! Not a lot of restaurants nearby, but a trip to Panama City is a great way to spend a day if you need to shop. The Owl Restaurant in Apalachicola was also a delight. We highly recommend visiting Cape San Blas if you want to relax with sand between your toes. Enjoy!

  Everything (home, furnishings, locale, staff) was excellent. Two minor issues - dishwasher should be replaced. Also, home seems to be geared to weekly renters as there were minimal to no cleaning supplies for extended stays. Had to buy toilet bowl brushes, cleaners, etc. Electric broom not functioning, no vacuum cleaner, mops and brooms ineffective for proper cleaning. However, we still left it as clean or cleaner than we found it.

  We LOVED the house. Beautifully decorated, and perfect floor plan for vacationing with extended family. We had a couple of very minor problems (i.e., gas grill didn't work), and Coastal Joe remedied the problems in a timely fashion. We have a GREAT vacation!

  The house was perfect for the number of guests we had. Well stocked kitchen, loved the extra ice maker. The only issue we had was the a/c on the 3rd floor (and as you know, heat rises). We had to call for repairs on two seperate occasions. Once is understandable, twice is beginning to get unacceptable. Glad there was a window unit in the closet, with that said, it makes it appear the a/c is a known problem. You may receive a call from one of the other guests who was very upset about the situation. Otherwise, lovely house and I would not mind staying again.

  The home was beautifully decorated and had high end amenities, from the silverware to the linens, etc. Short walk over to the beach on the boardwalk, beautiful beaches.   Our stay at Sea Haven was the best vacation we have ever had. The house was a joy to stay in. Everything was top quality & made us all feel very much at home & even a little better than being in our own home since I don't have a built in swimming pool in my back yard!
