GULF VIEW TOWNHOME ON CAPE SAN BLAS

Welcome to At Ease on Cape San Blas. This three bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse has been recently refreshed with new stair and hallway carpets, additional kitchen appliances and gadgets as well as beachy softgoods and flatscreen televisions in each bedroom suite. There is new plasma HDTV 42” TV in the living room that streams Netflix. The freshly painted master bedroom boasts a 32” TV, new carpeting and a king size bed. In addition, there is new lighting, a reframed mirror and new accessories in the repainted master bath—creating a wonderfullyl calming vacation retreat.

The living area has relaxing “put up your feet” furniture and features coastal casual accessories and art. The gulf and pool views from At Ease are terrific and there are three balconies—off the living area, the double bed suite and the master king suite—so you can enjoy water views during your stay. The twin room has a cozy bay window seat with great gulf views too. Guests will enjoy outdoor cooking with the new double burner gas grill on the lower level.

This was our second trip to the Cape, our first in this rental unit. It is very spacious - plenty of room for us and our four children. The distance to the beach was good and this unit is right next to the pool.

There were beach chairs, camping type chairs, and lots of toys in the downstairs closet which weren't listed on the webpage.

The website lists free long distance but there isn't any so that needs to be changed.

I'm sure we will be back.

Good location to beach, pool. Floors needed a little more cleaning, had to ask for towels for kitchen but realtor brought quickly.

This condo is in a great location with regards to the pool and beach. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment,and the beds were comfy.
We have been coming to the cape for years and have always been pleased with the properties that Coast Joe has to offer.

We had a wonderful time. "At Ease" is a beautifuly decorated home that is also very comfortable. We had everything we needed to relax cook meals and spend time with our family. The view is great from each of the three decks & it is a very short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the warm weather & watching the schools of fish swim in the clear water along the shore. We actually saw a school of dolphins a little further off shore that seemed to put on a show for us. It was great. Our Granddog Toki enjoyed himself immensely and went for his first swim in the ocean. He was so excited to be off of his leash with wide open spaces to run as much as he wanted. Overall it was a very nice experience & we hope to go back one day.
Almost tempted to keep this place a secret!!

This is so much nicer and more spacious than depicted in the listing photos! Sometimes we’ve been disappointed upon arrival to find beach view photos in the rental listing were zoomed in…not this time!! Did not count the steps but 18C really is that close to the beach!! There were beautiful views to the front from large balconies on three floors, and to the back from bay windows on two floors! Comfortable seating was available, which made the balconies a nice spot to read, watch the sunset or enjoy the moon rising over the water. What a treat it was to fall asleep listening to the sounds of the surf! We would have enjoyed eating some meals, particularly breakfast, on the balcony off living room/kitchen so we do hope the new owners will add a table to this area in the future.

Beds were super comfy (so many closets) and the hand stitched quilts were especially delightful to this Kentucky family. Just as described, there was 1 King, 1 Queen and two twin beds. Everything was clean and in working order. Enjoyed the new gas grill! There were more than enough dishes, cookware, glassware and eating utensils. Decorative touches included prints of works by a local artist which depicted local scenery. We really appreciated finding extra pillows and blankets stashed in a closet for the one slightly chilly night of our stay.

Staff from the rental agency was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. In many years of renting vacation properties around the world, we found this check in/ check out process to be the easiest we've encountered. Would be nice to have had a few more child friendly items such as a couple of smaller spoons/forks as well as plastic bowls and cups.(Plastic plates were available and there were some larger plastic cups but they were a little large for small children.)

Loved, loved this property!! We found Cape San Blas to be the perfect family vacation spot! Highly recommend Sea Cliffs, this property and Coastal Jo

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. We have been vacationing there on & off for 15 years. The SeaCliffs are always a great and affordable location. We did notice more people on the beach than usual, but still very quiet. We loved the location of At Ease. This unit is right beside the pool gate and very close the the boardwalk over the dunes. We thought the home could have been a little cleaner and the blender and can opener didn't work; but otherwise, it was a wonderful week. We would definetly recommend this property!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I know the area as a whole is supposed to be pet friendly, but I don't equate that with fur balls in the condo. The grill was in deplorable condition and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it.
Coffee maker was also in sad shape. All this aside, it was very convenient to the beach and pool. We had an enjoyable vacation.

We rented this property for 6 adults & 2 children. We loved the area & this property's location. Just a short walk to the beach w/ pool right out back. Beach views from the balconies. The property was fairly clean; I did wipe out the bathtubs with a clorox wipe because I was putting a baby in the tub. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was the only nasty part of the house. It smelled like something had died under there. The garbage disposal was most likely the culprit and in serious need of a cleaning. Ick.

The bedrooms each have their own bathroom & two bedrooms have their own balcony, which is a plus. However the listing states that there is a queen bed & it is definetly not a queen. It is only a double bed which was very uncomfortable when you have a 2 year old trying to climb in the bed too.

The balcony off of the master suite is in serious need of new chairs; the ones up there were broken. Also the trash can in the master was completely broken. The shower curtain also kept falling down which was very annoying. A few other minor annoyances: sheets were so old & stretched they wouldn't stay on the bed; door hinges were so rusted none of the doors would close without some effort.

Despite some of the minor issues we had a wonderful vacation with our friends & family. The location & price of the unit were some of the best features. Coastal Joe's was very accomodating and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to Cape San Blas :)

We enjoyed our vacation at CSB, as always. The unit was great. We have no complaints even though there are a LOT of stairs! Very inconvenient to not have any water the morning we left, but that had nothing to do with the rental unit.

The unit was great! It was very close to the pool and the beach. There were alot of stairs, but that was not really a problem. I read in other reviews that the kitchen did not have enough dishes. (There were plenty.)The owners had also just put in a new couch and chair. Overall we really enjoyed the unit.

we will go back to seacliffs however not in that unit they had nothing in the kitchen that was any good for cooking a meal. no microwave dishes(we had bought our own) and no frying pans (the ones there were rusty(we had bought our griddle) all in all the condo needs a lot of tlc the couches are filthy.

We loved the location of the Unit and had a good time, but the furniture in the living room and the dining table and chairs were very worn and dirty. The furniture could easily be painted but the fabric was pretty worn so I don't know if that would make a lot of improvement. All the people at Coastal Joe's were more than a 5 STAR. (great people to work with) We look forward to returning to SeaCliffs in a different unit. I highly recomend the location for a gret vacation get-a-way.

We had a wonderful time at SeaCliffs. We were very happy with the condo. It was beautiful with lots of room. There were a few lights that did not work and we would have appreciated a few more seats out on the decks. Especially on the first floor deck. We could not all sit out there together since there were 6 of us and only 2 chairs. These were minor inconviences though. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would not hesitate to rent it again. The rental staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was in a great location. The beach was within steps and beautiful. Not crowded at all. My husband and boys said it was the best vacation we have ever had.
Time on this beach is priceless!!!
