GULF VIEW HOME ON CAPE SAN BLAS

We are thrilled to have this home back on our rental program. Sea-Can-Do is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home situated in the much sought after SeaGrass Subdivision. This home has a private pool and a ton of deck space to hang out and enjoy the views/sunsets and gorgeous weather.

The first level of the home (garage level), has a private bedroom with a full bathroom. This is the only room on this level which provides some added privacy. The access from this room to the rest of the house is through the outside stairs.

On the next level of the home you will find the main living area, a dining area and kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a full size bed and a full bathroom. There is a half bath in the living area as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances; including coffee maker, toaster and blender. This level of the home has a large deck with plenty of space for everyone to hang out.

The second level of Sea-Can-Do has the final 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has fantastic views and access to the top level deck. There is a king sized bed and a full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom #5. Bedroom #5 is a perfect kid room as it has 3 twin beds. There is also a small sitting area on this third level with a table and chairs.

Sea-Can-Do is a pet friendly home that offers free wireless. There is an outside shower, gas grill and a private pool. There is also a community pool in the SeaGrass development. This home has terrific bay views as well as gulf views. Come stay with us and you'll recognize everything the SEA-CAN-DO.
