  Great location on the bay and near beaches, town and ramps. Other than the kitchen being poorly appointed, a great place to stay with family or a small group of friends.

  Only one TV and it did not work. Coastal Joe has a rule that you must pick up and drop off keys to rental. 8 Miles away. Vacation a lot and never heard of this. I dont think anyone goes on vacation to drive around picking up keys or back to drop them off before departing.
  Other than that they seemed to be nice folks. I did find out the people before us reported the TV out and there was several days prior to our arrival that it could have been repaired.

  There needs to be more televisions. There is only one TV and it is in the den. There needs to be at least 2 more monitors in this rental. flat screen TVs are cheap now...I noticed that there are 3 additional Dish Sateliite units in the closet not deployed. That is my only complaint associated to this property.

  The next door neighbor in the complex (who lived there full time) wasa so very nice. I would like to go back even to see him. It was nice being so close to the little marina (Presnell's). The whole stay was very nice. I hope to come back.
