  I loved the location of the property, however I was disappointed in the dirty carpeting, filty chairs in the dining room and lack of TV in the master.

  We rented this home for a week in May. The home was truly beautiful but I was disappointed that there is no longer a hammock and the surround sound on the giant flat screen tv did not work. The kitchen floor had a sticky area and there were a lot of weeds and vines growing around the courtyard and pool area. Other then those minor things which didn't really affect our stay it was fantastic. The ppl at the rental company made the process so easy and most were very helpful although there was a man who was not friendly at all, did not smile and made me feel truly unwelcome. Next time I hope to avoid him altogether if I use this rental company again.

  Avoid the crowds and RELAX

  Could not have asked for a better vacation. Home was spacious, clean, and everything we hoped for. Pool/hot tub provided a nice change from the ocean. Water was clear, blue and warm. Sand was white, no oil here! Never had another family/group within 100 yards of us on the beach. No worries, just water lapping and plenty of sunshine. This is what vacations are supposed to be.
  
  Special thanks to Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals...had a family emergency prior to the trip, and they went WAY above and beyond to accomodate us. They now have a customer for life! Thanks again!

  The only thing that I would comment is that no one was in the office and the door was locked when we arrived during normal hours. Luckily a maintenance worker let us in and found the keys to the house. Other than that Scott was a pleasure and bent over backwards to accomodate us. We will definitely recommend you and use you in the future.

  Amazing vacation getaway!!!

  We practically had the beach to ourselves! The water was crystal clear and the location couldn't have been better for a honeymoon! We loved the private pool and hot tub and balconies! Hanging out on the hammock during a thunderstorm was especially relaxing.
  We would definitely go again if we have the chance.
