  Loved this home! We had 16 adults stay in this house for a week and because of the large, workable kitchen we were able to cook massive meals for all. The refrigerator held such large amounts of food that we were able to bring what we needed and never had to re-stock the fridge at any point in the trip. The large ice maker- a blessing! The top floor patio is so spacious that we were able to bring in additional chairs and tables to have dinner at sunset every night for 16 adults! The views were as spectacular as pictured on the website. Morning coffee on the deck included dolphin watching! Our only disappointment was the wine cooler was not working and there are a few nail pops in the decking that needed hammering. We brought our own dishes to accommodate our crowd and I was glad we did because thee was only service for 14. Other great amenities included the wonderful laundry facilities, both got used, the fire place and abundance of windows and decking-space for all to enjoy! We already discussed how soon we could get back! As we departed we were concerned about our additional trash but one phone call and Coastal Joe said no problem we will handle it! Thank you to the owners of Ocasas Belos and the staff at Coastal Joe.

  My family had a wonderful week at this property. Furnishings were lovely. The location ideal. And, all of us wish we were still there. Nice job to the Coastal Joe team. You were a joy to work with.

  Loved the size and the space in the house. The house in need of much repair. Broken door, dishwasher, seal on outside door, door filling with water. Hot water faucet on one of the bathroom sinks didn't work and the repairman said they need to replace it. General mold and mildew on the outside of the house. Broken child's picnic table left in the pool area with rusty screws sticking up. No skimmer at the pool to remove all of the bugs, leaves and flower petals. House is for sale so the owner may just be trying to get it sold. Could be a great place with better up keep. I would recommend it, but with reservation.

  The dishwasher has been repaired. The door was torn during a windstorm and a replacement has been ordered. Thank you for all of the other information regarding the home. We will work to correct all issues reported.

  We recently got married on the property of Ocasas Belos. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for the event! There were a few things that needed fixing while we there to have the house ready for the reception (outlets, lights, etc) and we needed extra trash cans as well. The staff at Coastal Joe was extremely friendly and eager to help, getting everything fixed in a timely manner. We planned the whole event ourselves and couldn't have gotten it done with the staff at CJ. Thank you so much for all your help! We loved the house and will be returning to Coastal Joe for our future rental needs!

  Ocasas Belos is a gorgeous home with all the bells and whistles anyone could want or need for a perfect beach vacation. It is conveniently located just across from the short beach access and has clear views of the ocean and sunsets from all the decks. We reserved this house during the week of our wedding and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Because the reception was held on the beach just of of the beach access, the location of this house was near perfect. The house is spacious and can easily accommodate a large group of family and friends, as it had for us. The many sitting and living areas allow for big gatherings for socializing or getting away to read a book and relax if needed. We definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to get their family and friends together for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

  We enjoyed staying at Ocasas Belos! The master suite was very conducive to having little ones with the closet doubling for a playroom! The view was great! We would definitely stay again!
