  I loved the beach, the house was great, maybe a little too many steps for us old ladies, but we had a wonderful time. Watched the dolphins every day, So relaxing. The group wished we were closer to things to do but all in all it was a very relaxing vacation. Even the day the pigmey rattler visited us.

  We had a wonderful time at this property. It is spacious, and the colors are very restful. The views from the living room and kitchen are fabulous. I have never seen more beautiful sunsets. We especially enjoyed the private pool. The grandchildren loved being able to swim anytime, and it is probably the largest pool in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The house was very clean but could probably benefit from a "deep" clean at some point. We definitely plan to return to this beautiful part of Florida. Coastal Joe is very professional, and the ladies are very patient in answering any questions you have. Port St. Joe is a neat little town, and everyone is extremely friendly. Great vacation!!

  My wife and I had the best vacation of our lives. Private and beautiful, plus our dog had so much fun. The house, pool and incredible gulf views were pure luxury. Outstanding, helpful service from the owner/management. We hope to make the trip a regular event!

  Loved our trip to CApe SAn Blas!!
  THe house was just perfect for our family.Easy access to the beach. THe kids had a great time swimming in the pool. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and snorkeling in the Bay. On another evening we went shark fishing with Seahorse Safari. We prepared fresh seafood for several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen . THe dogs loved the beach. We would love to come again.

  I don't think it was very well equipped for 10 people. There was no iron and the kitchen lacked items such as serving bowls and pots and pans. A lot of the blinds didn't stay open. For the amount of money that we paid, I don't feel the house was worth it. We loved the location though.

  We dropped off an iron and a set of mixing bowls to the house yesterday. We have pots and pans to deliver once we can inventory the old ones and see what needs to be replaced or added. Thanks for the feedback.

  The house was fantastic, especially since we had younger children with us so the suite on the ground level for the children with the adults on the 3rd floor was a real treat for the children and adults alike! The balcony off the kitchen was fantastic for lunch time in the much needed shade & for dinners and sunset watching. We will be back!!

  Overall stay was very good. We had beautiful weather and views of the beach from the deck. Plenty of space for our extended family to visit and eat in the kitchen/living room area. We also enjoyed having the pool right beside us.
  It would be nice to have access to more garage space and we did have very low water pressure at times. But overall it was a good trip to a beautiful area of Fla.
