  Even though the house is not first tier it has a wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean and having a private pool was very convenient with kids. We will definitely rent this one again!

  A great place for family and a dog. Lots of outdoor space and not far from the beach. Location lets you view gorgeous sunsets. House is VERY well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing other than beach towels. Coastal Joe's was very responsive to any requests (although there were really no problems to address they handled any call with efficiency). I hope to come back here again next year.

  A wonderful family Thanksgiving at Cape San Blas

  The house accommodated 10 people very easily. Not convenient for seniors; we counted six flights of stairs, I think! It's close to the beach with a gated enclosure to walk your pets. The pool was a little cold ... November! The kitchen is almost better-equipped than mine! The family, including three younguns, all hope to return next year. The only real problem we encountered was deciphering how to use the TVs. All in all, well worth it. (Hindsight is 20-20 tip: take time to read the pre-arrival package closer than I did and you won't run out of TP and trash bags on Thanksgiving Day!

  What a great house! Perfect for people with pets as the decks opened to a fenced yard. The kitchen had every gadget needed! We loved our stay and the only thing that could have been better was the weather as our first week was all rain!

  We had a wonderful two weeks. We had several problems during our stay, but Costal Joe employees were very quick in handling the problem. I hope we get to come back in 2013.
