Two primary suites feature King beds and ensuite baths, with one boasting an ocean view and the other overlooking the serene bay. 3rd bedroom has a King bed (Bay and Gulf views), additional sleeping arrangements include a bunk room and an additional Full w/ trundle bedroom, catering to children or extra guests. If in need of extra sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room and cots available. We came to Firefly for scalloping season and we had an amazing trip! The house is super close to a boat launch and has easy access to a community pool and the beach. Views from each side were amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cape San Blas!

The service provided by Barbie and a few others from Coastal Joe was superb. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The Firefly was a very nice property. It was easy to find. It was clean and well-maintained. The views are wonderful. I would readily recommend this house, and might stay there again!

Went down to the Cape with two of my oldest friends and their wives and had the best time I've ever had in Florida, and I've been going since the 60s. The girls at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals made the rental process easy as pie! Very attentive to our needs. They communicated very well and were a joy to work with. The accommodations were perfect. Everything you could possibly need was there. Very clean as well. Thanks to the Owners/Hosts for sharing their beautiful home with us. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Firefly. The location on the island was great. The walk to the beach was more difficult than expected, but we got our exercise! Would be difficult for those with mobility issues, or very small children with lots of gear.
The only negative was that the house was not very clean and some items needed repair. Most of the bathrooms were very dirty, the dishes and silverware were dirty (both wet and had food stuck on them), and the dishwasher could not be used. The inside was covered with black mold. Also, the microwave seemed to have a short. It made a very loud pop when turned on. We did make at least 2 or 3 calls to the rental company regarding these issues, but our messages were not returned and when we did speak with someone, the issues were never taken care of. If these had all been fixed, our stay would have been perfect.
We really enjoyed both the front and the back porches to watch the sunrise and sunset. We rode bikes, and enjoyed donuts, ice cream, and some good meals.
Overall, this is a great house in a good location.

Firefly Beach House was such a beautiful property with views of the ocean from both sides of the house. The beach was just a short walk across the street. The house was bright and very welcoming. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again.

Freshly renovated and very well done. Walked to the Gulf side and bay side of the peninsula. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very well supplied. Be prepared to use your "phone by wifi" feature. Phone service spotty but the wifi was strong.
