"The Little Pelican" is a spacious, nonsmoking one bedroom town home in the beautiful Barrier Dunes community of Cape San Blas, FL. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances such as stove, microwave, and a full size dishwasher. There is also a new stack washer/dryer just a few steps from the half/bath.

The dining area seats 4 guests and the living room has a queen sized sleeper/sofa. There is also a flat screen TV in the corner cabinet. Open the sliding glass door and step out to your private deck overlooking the pond. This deck also has a table & chairs along with a gas grill.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom and bath, with a King sized bed, double sink vanity, garden tub, shower, and a storage closet. The deck on this upper level will provide you with a glimpse of the Gulf along with excellent views of the setting sun.

The pool and boardwalk stairs to the beach are only a short stroll away! Beach chairs are provided in the carport guest closet.

This wonderful area of The Forgotten Coast is recovering nicely from the hurricane and it is getting better every day. We know you will enjoy your stay at "The Little Pelican".
