Great condo! Well stocked kitchen with labels for where stuff goes!

After the first initial shock of the stairs and once we got the hang of the elevator, it was a great stay. We enjoyed the location to the pool, beach, and playground. Additionally, you could tell that the owners really take pride in their condo and had thought of small details, including suprisingly comfortable beds. It was also a very clean condo. The only difficulty we had was the layout was a bit limiting for small children but we just used a baby gate!

Everything was wonderful with one exception--there's a tiny, claustrophobic elevator that you have to ride in to reach the rooms on each floor. There are lots of stairs if you are in good shape with strong knees. It took all the courage we had to get in that tiny elevator!

My wife and I went with our grown children and enjoyed our beach stay at Baydream Believer. Eight of us and we all had our own rooms and private restrooms. The elevator was a bonus for us as the "more mature" adults in the group. We take turns cooking dinners for each other and the unit had everything we required. Sea Cliff is a quiet community with excellent access to the beach and pool so thank you Coastal Joe for the excellent accommodations. We particularly enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the lower level at the end of a fun-filled day on the white beaches. We will definitely be back.

We have 10 adults in on our family vacation and this is one of the best vacations we have ever had. Great Great location with beautiful beaches, easy access to the beach and also to a pool. Fantastic accommodations at Baydream Believer. Everyone had a bed and plenty of bathroom access. Also, the elevator was helpful. Lots of room for us to play games and be a family!

This was our second stay at Baydream Believer and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Perfect accommodations, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect location. The pool is right behind the condo and the beach is steps away. From the top balcony we had a great view of the ocean. And did I mention the elevator? Wow! No lugging suitcases up stairs just put all your things in and send it to one of the master suites or the living room area! Awesome for families. We had 12 people and so much room! Definitely will return again.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a beach trip to Cape San Blas. This was the PERFECT condo to stay in as it was spacious, beautifully decorated and steps from the beach! We each had our own room and full bathroom which was a plus! In fact, we could bring our husbands along next time and still have plenty of room! There are views of the gulf and the bay from the balconies. The beach was not crowded at all, even in June, and the sunsets were incredible! If you are looking for a beach getaway for your friends or family, this is the perfect condo for you!

Baydream Believer was the perfect beach location for a much-needed retreat with friends! Beachfront access to the Gulf of Mexico, swimming pool, and beautiful views from the balcony. Each bedroom has a full bathroom, providing privacy for all of our guests. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Cape San Blas was a refreshing location away from the typical beach crowds. The hosts really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

You better bay-lieve that Baydream Believer is awesome!!! With views of both the ocean and the bay from all balconies (yes, plural!) this place is perfect!The beds were all very comfortable and there was even a new set of bunk beds in the twin bed room so my four kids fit easily and slept great!The beach and pool were both very close and we were easily able to carry all the toys, towels, etc. barefoot back and forth! We spent hours looking for shells, building sand castles, playing in the waves, catching “crabbies”, and shore fishing. We were even able to catch enough Whiting and Pompano for a fish fry!There are a number of kid-friendly nature trails close by and a playground. Though they have a play area right on the townhome grounds outside of the pool!The kitchen was fully stocked to cook and serve meals and sweets to our family and there was plenty of storage for our groceries.Did I mention there’s an elevator, too?! It was perfect for hauling in luggage, groceries, and sandy, sleepy toddlers! We loved our stay at Baydream Believer and wouldn’t change a thing! 5/5 would recommend for you and your family!

If you’re wondering which condo to book for your next vacation, this is the one. We had such a fun and relaxing week. The unit has everything you could need and then some. The proximity to the pool and the beach is fantastic. The rooms are well decorated and so clean. It was perfect for our party of 8 and the elevator makes bringing food and luggage in so easy. Thank you for such a great place to stay and one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had in quite a while. My husband enjoyed fishing the bay and was particularly proud of those two redfish he caught! Great location. Fantastic unit. We’ll definitely be back.

Our 7 night stay was so wonderful. This home is close to the pool and the beach! Beautifully decorated, very clean. Wonderful to have 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. We were a group of 7 adults and had more than enough room to relax. Thank you for letting us stay in your beach home. We hope to come back again next year. We love Cape San Blas!

We loved our stay here! This property is just steps away from the beach and is beautiful and clean. It is spacious and comfy and decorated so beautifully. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals as a family and the rooms are comfortable and also have everything you need! The view from the top floor balcony is amazing. Perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves or watching the stars at night with a cool ocean breeze. The community is so well taken care of and the owners have put a lot of attention to detail and love into Baydream Believer! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We love the location on the northern end of the Cape, walking distance from the state park. It's not crowded,especially toward the park, and the ocean and beach are beautiful and peaceful. The Seacliffs condo development is well-maintained and the pool is a plus for families. The beach is also easily accessible. This unit, Baydream Believer, provides 3 balconies with views of the ocean, which are great and provide extra space for chillin' and stargazing. Just be aware that it is a 4-story unit, so you'll get plenty of exercise going up and down stairs. There is an elevator that is handy for getting luggage and groceries upstairs, once you get the hang of how it works. The Coastal Joe management company was terrific to work with, and we would definitely recommend them AND this property.

We drove in to Port St. Joe to eat and enjoyed the downtown area, particularly the Uptown Raw Bar, the Brick Wall Bar and Grill, Shoobies and Weber's Little Donut Shop. And of course, no trip is complete without several trips to Duren's Piggly Wiggly!

Our original rental property had to be canceled and Coastal Joe’s accommodated us with a different rental for the same price and all I can say is WOW. The property was in a great location and the property was beautiful and clean. The beach was only steps away.
