The house very very conveniently located, very clean and stocked with amenities. Quiet community. Very relaxed. Beach access was convenient.Coastal Joe staff was incredibly helpful!

Great beach rental for large families.

House was beautiful, loved that there was one main on the first floor easy to access for elderly occupant. As it was new, there were no chairs or beach towels included, but the owner provided a beach gear credit instead, we just had to pay the delivery fee.
Checkin required driving several miles further to pick up keys, and returning them by checkout time on the final day. Rental company really needs to embrace the modern code method. I would not stay here again simply for the reason other homes people in our group stayed in did not require this.
In addition, we were responsible for not only running the dishwasher but emptying it before we left. Just not comparable to the convenience of other similar properties.

Bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags

We loved Port St Joe and the location of the house to the town and to the beach. Beautiful new home, kitchen could be better stocked and we did not have a good place to grill or any backyard but overall a great experience!

The proximity to the beach was really close. The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room and nice sized kitchen. I wish their were more local restaurants near.

Oh honey, let me tell you about the most fabulous beach home vacation stay I had recently. I don't just mean any vacation, I'm talking about an experience that took me to cloud nine and back! I'm gonna give it to you straight from the heart.So picture this, I stepped foot into this beach home and was greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean waves crashing against the shore (that was enough for me lol). The moment I laid eyes on that sight, my soul felt rejuvenated, like a queen basking in her glory (toast to all of my queens). The house itself was a slice of heaven, dipped in luxury, and sprinkled with coastal charm kiss lol.But seriously, this place had it all! The interior was stylish and cozy, with a touch of elegance that made me feel like I was in a five-star resort. The decor was on point, but over the top. Every room was meticulously designed to make me feel right at home. From the plush beds that embraced me like a warm hug to the spacious living areas that are breeding grounds for laughter and joy.And the amenities! They literally have thought of everything. A fully equipped kitchen where I could whip up some of my signature dishes, or if I wanted to take a break from cooking (and trust me, I did), there were plenty of nearby restaurants. I mean, who can resist some good ol' bbq and seafood? (you have to try the Smokehouse)The beach was just a skip away. As a beach bum I spent the majority of my stay soaking up the sun, feeling the sand between my toes, and letting the salty breeze kiss my face. It was like therapy for my soul, a moment of pure bliss that give me an exhale from all my worries. The ocean became my sanctuary, and the beach house was my own personal oasis.But what truly made this vacation stay unforgettable was the amazing customer service the host gave us. He ensured that we had everything that we needed, and went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.So, my darlings, if you're looking for a beach home vacation trust me, you won't regret it. Just pack your bags, bring your family, and get ready for the vacation that you've been needing.

Ok so I never leave reviews, BUT BAAAABY, the pictures did not do this home justice. It is absolutely gorgeous, stainless steels appliances, tons of space I MEAN TONS OF SPACE, and it was extremely clean. I looked like a model home. I love the fact that we were right off of the beach as well. The only negative thing I experienced on this trip is that it rained on my actual birthday and it ruined my hair and my shoes but, other than that it was a really nice trip. Overall I recommend this property for a private fun vacay.

Now this is what I call vacation. We definitely got lucky with this property. It had all the C'sClean, Cozy, Comfortable, Cost-effective, Coastal, Convenient, Child friendly... ok that's all of the C words I could think of lol. Great job to my niece for booking this amazing trip for us. We were able to walk right outside to the beach. You should definitely book a trip to Cape San Blas to stay here.

So my mother is older and is usually a very hard critic whenever we travel. And I'm almost surprised to say we had AN AMAZING time while staying here. There was plenty of sleeping space for us and our extended family. My mom was able to sleep on the first floor and didn't have to climb up and down a lot of stairs. Probably the best part of this overall trip was how incredibly accommodating the host were, they literally went above, beyond, and further to ensure that we had an amazing experience. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large family that is looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing getaway.
