Beach Bummin'- 4 Reel

Beach Bummin' 4 Reel is such a nice cozy place. It has all of the comforts of home, down to a waffle maker and crock pot in the kitchen! Coastal Joe's cleaning team had the place sparkling clean when we arrived. There were no issues at all during our stay here. The Sea Cliffs community is a great spot on the cape. Peaceful and beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the extra fridge in the garage is a great idea for storing extra food and drinks. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beach Bummin’ was a great family friendly townhouse with plenty of room. The pool and beach were very close. Beautiful beach with easy access.

We recently stayed at the ‘Beach Bummin’- 4 Reel and found it to be an excellent family-oriented location. The Sunrise views from the upper floor were amazing. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there was plenty of room for all the family. We had our extended family with us including 3-Grandchildren and they loved having the bedroom with the bunk beds and their own bathroom. Parking was enough for two vehicles and the garage made it convenient to bring in the supplies on a rainy day. Having an elevator made us old folks very thankful. The accommodations for Seacliffs in general are great. The beach is wide and not crowded like some of the more touristy areas. The pool is plenty large and the recently added playground is just awesome. The condo was well maintained, clean and perfect for our entire family. Having the St. Joe Peninsula State Park practically right outside the gate made it convenient for jogging, bike riding and walking the trails. A great value in a great location. Beach Bummin’ – 4 Reel is the REAL DEAL! It will be on the top of our list for our next family vacation.

Everything was pretty good except the elevator was hit or miss. Coastal Joe very attentive to any issues.

House was nice and clean. There are A LOT of steps and the elevator was not working. It was a bit of a longer walk to the beach than I would have liked. The pool was clean and visible from the balconies. The AC went out while we were there, but the issue was addressed quickly and fixed. There was a nice big ceiling fan on the top floor, but no remote or way to turn it on, which was a problem when the AC went out. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice condo. Had everything you would need to prepare any meal. It has an extra refrigerator in the garage which was helpful to keep extra sodas and waters in to take to the beach. Cons were: elevator broke on Tuesday so had 4 days without an elevator, balcony rail was loose on top level(did not feel safe letting grandkids on balcony), would be nice to have had a half door or gate on top floor because we had toddlers. Also, grill was very dirty and stunk. Complex also needs a ramp from the boardwalk to the beach. It was hard carrying beach gear up the steps. I would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. We found Beach Bummin to be very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. Coastal Joe was very responsive to our needs. My only complaint is the Ring doorbell. It felt like an evasion of privacy.

We had a very nice time at this property in August/Septermber. Exactly as advertised, except that there was more beach equipment available than we expected--a positive. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. Recommended.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, great view. The pool was clean and close. There are four floors. First floor (ground)-garage. Second and third floors-two bedrooms with baths each floor. Fourth floor-kitchen and living room. Do bring all your groceries with you. Every kitchen gadget was there. The non stick pots and pans are pealing. The elevator worked well for our disabled child. The state park has a free motorized beach wheelchair. The provided beach umbrellas and chairs were helpful. Riding horses on the beach with RockinMRanch was fun. Dinner in St. Joe at The Brick Wall was delicious. We didn't need to call Coastal Joes, everything was good!
