Beach Bummin’ is located in the well-know and quiet Seacliffs beachside gated community. This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom and 4 ½ bath townhome has it all; direct beach access via the community’s private boardwalk, a large community pool and plenty of space for the entire family!

This beach home has over 2,500 square feet of living space complete with a private garage for parking and storing your beach toys. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are masters with king beds and private balconies with seating to enjoy views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people.

There is an elevator in the home making it easy to carry groceries to the top floor living area. The entire home is nicely furnished and well equipped for a week on the beach.

Beach Bummin’ is also just minutes away from St. Joe Peninsula State Park where you can go biking, fishing, scalloping, and much more! For your shopping and local dining enjoyment; Port St. Joe, Apalachicola and Indian Pass are all less than 30 minutes away.

House was nice and clean. There are A LOT of steps and the elevator was not working. It was a bit of a longer walk to the beach than I would have liked. The pool was clean and visible from the balconies. The AC went out while we were there, but the issue was addressed quickly and fixed. There was a nice big ceiling fan on the top floor, but no remote or way to turn it on, which was a problem when the AC went out. Overall it was a good experience.

Nice condo. Had everything you would need to prepare any meal. It has an extra refrigerator in the garage which was helpful to keep extra sodas and waters in to take to the beach. Cons were: elevator broke on Tuesday so had 4 days without an elevator, balcony rail was loose on top level(did not feel safe letting grandkids on balcony), would be nice to have had a half door or gate on top floor because we had toddlers. Also, grill was very dirty and stunk. Complex also needs a ramp from the boardwalk to the beach. It was hard carrying beach gear up the steps. I would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. We found Beach Bummin to be very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. Coastal Joe was very responsive to our needs. My only complaint is the Ring doorbell. It felt like an evasion of privacy.

We had a very nice time at this property in August/Septermber. Exactly as advertised, except that there was more beach equipment available than we expected--a positive. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. Recommended.

The condo was clean and well appointed. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, great view. The pool was clean and close. There are four floors. First floor (ground)-garage. Second and third floors-two bedrooms with baths each floor. Fourth floor-kitchen and living room. Do bring all your groceries with you. Every kitchen gadget was there. The non stick pots and pans are pealing. The elevator worked well for our disabled child. The state park has a free motorized beach wheelchair. The provided beach umbrellas and chairs were helpful. Riding horses on the beach with RockinMRanch was fun. Dinner in St. Joe at The Brick Wall was delicious. We didn't need to call Coastal Joes, everything was good!
