Casa Cancun

Great property in an excellent location! Has plenty of things to do to keep your occupied, and plenty of space to lounge around if that is more your style (like Me!) Highly recommend, will return!

Had an amazing time at Casa cancun . Ill be back ASAP . Beach amenities were supplied. Plenty of space to spread out . Cape San Blas was very quiet and locally oriented . The convenient store is as close as the beach which made it very nice to get resupplied without having to drive anywhere .

We had a great week in Casa Cancun! Our group of 13 all had plenty of room to sleep and live in this rental. People could eat inside or outside with plenty of seating. The property was mostly clean when we moved in. There was a problem with the hot water heater that was taken care of quickly by Coastal Joe staff. We would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. Loved the fact that you are within walking distance of Cape Trading Post, St Joe Shrimp Company, and Weber's Little Donut Shop.

Enjoyed our first time family vacation Beach House rental. Short walking distance to the beautiful beach! Even though there was a lot of wear & tear, plus stains to most of all the outside & inside furniture, plus who ever did the cleaning before our arrival could have did a better job!, we did not let that spoil the great time our family of 14 spent together in this rental. Small Kitchen appliance were plentiful, but again it was evident that they should be replaced. Living room tv remote had been misplaced so we had to move the sofa in order to find it, & then discovered that it was pretty trashy & dirty underneath it! Hopefully housekeeping will do a much better clean up for its next future renters. Again, we did not let this ruin our vacation & would definitely maybe stay here again.

Upon arrival we noticed one of the dining table chars were broke, the cushions need replacing, the refrigerator door was dirty, the AC air filter looked like it had literally never been changed in 3 years. The pool had black stuiff growing on the side, the light in the pool didn't work, back door of the unit didn't lock. Downstairs apartment was great except the condensation leaked a bit onto one of the sofas (Maybe one drop per minute)

We had so much fun on our stay at this property. I was concerned bringing 2 small children under 3, but we did great here. The beach is a super short walk away, and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us and 2 dogs. The kitchen had so much more in it than I expected, and the furniture was in decent shape. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and a short wallk to the beach!

This community is great, small town feel and overall low key atmosphere. Great beach and just a short walk to the beach. We loved having a fire on the beach at sunset. The house overall was okay. We loved the screened in porch but when it rained the porch halfway flooded. Nice pool however the gate was difficult to latch that was a little concerning with kids around. Also the porch screen door leading to outside from the porch did not latch, later maintenance fixed this. The dishwasher did not work after trying a few times maintenance was called to fix it but still was not fixed. Not a big deal but slightly inconvenient. Our kids loved the bunk beds however the elevator was a little unsure of its safety and operation. Not sure it it was supposed to have a door to cover the area where it was supposed to be closed. It was nice to have some essentials in the bottom screened in area such as pool and beach gear. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the beach and community feel however the house could use some minor adjustments FPS safety and comfort.

Nice getaway

Another great vacation at Casa Cancun, love the pool and location to the beach. The teenagers enjoyed the bottom bedroom and game room. The screened in porch upstairs was new this stay and a nice place to hang out in the rain. Thanks for offering this home!

Fun in the sun

We stumbled upon this property out of pure luck, and it was so amazing. It accommodated three families very nicely and we all had ample space. We had an issue with the hot water, but the management company helped us fix the issue quickly. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely book it again!

Casa Cancun was a great vacation house! We traveled with 3 teenage boys and had a perfect set up. The heated pool and close proximity to the beach were 2 great options. The house is nice and spacious for our family, boys loved the added bonus of a ping pong table in the screened in patio. The kitchen is set up with everything you might need including key rig and ninja blender, perfect for making coffee and smoothies for the pool. We had a few issues with getting all the TVs to work, but in the end we’re too busy at the beach and pool to care! Coastal Joes was very attentive and had a few issues fixed when we addressed them during our stay. The only input would be that some of the furnishings might need a good deep cleaning, but overall fantastic stay!

Place was the great location to get to the beach; for the money it's a good value rental. FYI - the management company doesn't supply dishwashing soap so the pots and pans were all dirty, as was the kitchen floor. The TV in the queen bed room doesn't work; it's for dvds only (if you bring them.) Porch is nice if it's not raining; otherwise the entire porch floods and doesn't dry out, which was a bummer as we couldn't use it. We paid to heat the pool and that was a fabulous amenity.

The property was great for our Christmas vacation, and the elevator was perfect for our ederly parents. The cleanliness at arrival could have been better (food crumbs on the counters and some hair in the showers). We enjoyed the pingpong table, that was a nice surprise. Overall, would certainly recommend this location.

Thanks to Scott at Coastal Joe's we had a great vacation. I messed up our arrival date and Scott saved the week fixing my mistake. We had a awesometime with our 11 family members. Will definitely reccomend Coastal Joe's to everyone!

Beautiful home with everything you need for a relaxing stay by the beach. We loved our time by the pool and large screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need & they even had pool toys for the kids. If you’re looking for your next getaway, you won’t go wrong with Casa Cancun!!

First we must share that Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals has been very helpful from assisting us with our rental and with minor issues during our stay. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for a place to stay on Cape San Blas.

Casa Cancun is a lovely home with a kitchen that has been furnished with lots of cabinets and beautiful countertops. The three bedrooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. We love the large screened porch. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The dishwasher and range are tired and should be replaced.

We had issues with the tv signal and telephone, some of which were resolved during our stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and had many complements from our friends
