Finally There

It was great! We have no complaints.

We love the Cape and we love the location of Finally There. We started coming to Finally There in 2009. It was just the right size and location and pet friendly for our family. It is getting a little crowded now as the kids have grown. We have only missed 1 year and that was due to Hurricane Michael. We have watched our grandkids grow up at the Cape and have met many good friends who return the same week every year. We plan to come again next year. We have never had a problem with our rental. It is always clean and ready to go. Everything working.

Right on the beach. Perfect for a family vacation. All the comforts of home.

We love this place! Clean, fully stocked on kitchen materials, right on the beach....we will stay here again! Thank you owners for having the best place for us!

This was my 2nd stay at Finally There, and once again, it was great! It was very clean (better than my 1st stay), and had everything I needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

We had an awesome week at the beach. We have enjoyed the comfort and convenience of Finally There for many, many years. It is in a perfect location being right on the gulf making it easy to walk down to the beach for a beautiful day in the sun or just to enjoy an amazing sunset.

First, the location of this house is great. The interior is a bit dated. Kitchen was well-appointed. Plenty of parking for both our vehicles. Our garbage can was missing and was never located while we were there. We reported it to Coastal Joe but never heard back so we just walked over to one of the empty homes to put our garbage in their bin. Internet and TV did not work when we arrived. We had to call a separate number to report. The number was continuously busy so we called Coastal Joe who told us we had to call the other number. We finally reached them on Monday but they weren't able to send anyone out until the day of our departure - I do recognize this is not the rental company's fault but I wish whoever stayed prior to us would have reported the outage. Overall, I probably would not book this home again unless it was a really good deal. My family has booked other homes through Coastal Joe with no issues in the past.

This stay was no fuss, easy check in/out process - and can we talk about the location?! RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The master view is of the beautiful ocean every day. The sun sets directly in front of this rental (at least in Oct). While yes, it is a little dated and you can definitely tell it's dog friendly - I can't complain there because the price is right and I wanted to bring my own dogs! My only note would be to follow up behind the cleaning crew a little more often because some corners are definitely being cut (see: master bathroom). Otherwise it's perfect, great space, great layout, great location, just a great rental! Thank you!

My wife and I have loved coming to Cape San Blas for many years, but hadn’t been able to make it back since Hurricane Michael. We decided it was time, especially considering it was our 10-year wedding anniversary and we got married on the cape. We spent weeks searching for a reasonably priced rental that is beachfront and pet friendly (rental prices up and down the Cape seem to have skyrocketed). We were thrilled when we came across Finally There through Coastal Joe. It was perfect and we had a great relaxing week. Beach front, pet friendly so we could bring our pups, beautiful views from the top deck and main-level screened in porch, good amenities, short walk over the dunes to the beach, easy parking, good location, beach was in good condition (no erosion like in some places further down), and all at a reasonable price. The views of sunset were awesome, and sitting on the top deck looking at the stars was a nightly routine. This is a great place and we will be back for sure. Thank you Coastal Joe.

Rental was ready earlier than expected ad everything was just as it had been described. The property was very clean and everything worked like it should. The check in and check out process was very simple.

The place was beautiful, and right on the beach. I love that there are many beach-facing windows, so when you open the blinds, you feel you're almost outside on the beach! Only 1 small complaint - the place could use a very thorough cleaning. Nothing bad, but it could be cleaner. I'm already booked to stay again - I really enjoyed it!

Definitely could use a few upgrades in furniture (couches were uncomfortable) and better mattresses in the two secondary bedrooms. Also, an empty cabinet or two in the kitchen would be welcome. We had to store all of the food on the kitchen counters. But the beach and sunsets were amazing!!

This is our second consecutive year in Finally There. The location is perfect for coffee on the screened porch while listening to the waves and the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine. There was an issue with the key not working and Coastal Joe sent someone right over. We love working with them. Can’t wait for next year!

This house is perfect. Extremely clean and well furnished. Great access to beach. Screened in lower deck is great. Upper deck has great views of sky and ocean at sunset. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our party had 2 couples and some furry friends. The location was perfect and the house was just the right size for us. The unit was as described and as shown in the pictures. You can enjoy the perfect sunset every evening from the upstairs balcony. There are lots of dog lovers and dogs on the beach, so our pups really enjoyed their daily walks. Some other reviews note that the furniture in the living room is a little worn, and that is accurate, but was not a problem for us. This property is definitely on our list when we return to Cape San Blas!

One note - do NOT follow the Google Map directions to the property. You will end up in the wrong spot. The actual turn is the road before the one indicated.

Being so close to the beach/water was great. The house was clean and comfortable-especially liked the master bedroom with attached deck to hang out on.

Disappointed with communication from property mgt. Emails were not answered with the exception of confirming receipt of the reservation and payment.

Several maintenance items-leaking faucets in two bathrooms, missing hinge/sticking door to master bed, they provided a gas grill, but it ran out of gas after two uses. Sliders were very hard to open and glass was dirty.

Still very much enjoyed our stay on the Cape.

We have stayed at Finally There twice. It is very comfortable and well supplied. We really enjoyed seeing the spectacular sunsets and dolphins swimming near shore. The Coastal Joe team were really friendly and responsive. The cleaning team did a great job as well.

Absolutely a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The whole Coastal Joe team is wonderful to work with and the efforts they and their team of cleaners put in to sterilize the home to be safe for your enjoyment is top notch! Thank you. We will return again for sure!

We were very comfortable in this recently renovated townhouse. The view from screened in porch was wonderful and the sunsets were incredible! Love the colors and hardwood floors in the house. It was a very relaxing visit!

This unit is very inviting. Most of our time was spent on the screen porch with a perfect view of the gulf. It has a well stocked kitchen and is clean. We were very comfortable.

Beautiful vacation. No complaints. We’ll be back. It’s recently been renovated and like new. Cape San Blas is a treasure.

Finally There is right on the beach. You can see your family and the beach from the nice screened porch. The furniture was stained. I brought sheets to cover the furniture. Showerheads were dirty. Overall a good stay. Being right on the beach and having a screened porch were the highlights.

For the price, we felt the home was a good value. It was comfortable for the 4 people we had staying there. The things I would improve are: 1) The bunk beds were not very comfortable. They may be okay for young kids. 2) The water in the kitchen sink never got very hot, so it made hand-washing difficult. 3) The outdoor shower is not very good. 4) The furniture in the living room was stained and marginally comfortable.

Overall, the house fit our needs.
