We had the best time, great Location. Condo had everything we needed to make Memories with Kids and Grandkids.

This home is beautiful, spacious and spotless. It’s well organized and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is big and the cabinets were well stocked with everything that’s needed. The appliances were modern and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious and love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a four story home but with an elevator for convenience. It’s a short walk to the pristine beach with powdery sand. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, spotless, very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is big and cabinets were organized and stocked with everything that’s needed. Appliances were modern and clean. The bedrooms were adequately sized and awesome that each bedroom has it’s own well stocked bathroom. The beds were comfortable as well. Just everything is perfect. It’s a short walk to the quiet pristine beach with soft powdery sand. We enjoyed our time walking on the beach, fishing, visiting parks nearby. It’s an awesome place to stay.

Over yonder was an amazing place to stay with family. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and having access to the pool. Having a separate kids room was nice to have for our little one. The elevator was nice to have after a beautiful day at the beach.

Amazing place to stay with plenty of room for family time! The top floor has a well equipped kitchen and overall really great amenities. On top of the beautiful home, the beach is absolutely wonderful and the sunsets are to die for! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay! All of the updated appliances were super nice! Having a kids bedroom was so nice and perfect for our little one! Elevator was a must after a long day at the beach with a baby. The outdoor patio furniture was so nice and comfortable. Cape San Blas was a blast! Highly recommend staying in this unit!

Amazing place to spend time with my family. The owners have done a wonderful job supplying everything that is needed for a great beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, elavator makes it convenient with luggage and kids, very clean and comfortable, beach is beautiful, nice pool, don’t mind stairs, fridge downstairs is a nice touch, top floor balcony furniture is super nice and comfortable. An item was left behind and coastal joe let us know and mailed the item to us. We had a very relaxing time!

We recently stayed at Over Yonder on the Cape for a family vacation. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely return. The home is beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the small touches that the owners added (ample beach supplies, book of recommendations, etc). The unit is right next to the pool and only a short walk to the beach. Also, you can’t beat the the view of the sunsets in the evening. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing vacation spot, this is the perfect spot for you.

Coastal Joe's staff was delightful in their service to us. The Condo was very clean and nicely appointed. There is a view of the gulf from the balcony, and easy access to the beach. The community swimming pool was very nice. The people in the other condos were very friendly and added to the experience. The 54 stairs to the living area add up over the course of the stay, thankfully there is an elevator but it is slow and you must be careful never to leave the inside door open after exiting. We had two issues with the condo that were less than perfect. First, the king bed mattress on the 3rd floor is in need of replacing unless you like a saggy mattress. Second, the covered parking space is so narrow that you cannot exit your vehicle, and ultimately caused the most frustration. That is not the fault of the owner or Coastal Joe's however.

Our family had a wonderful vacation while staying at Over Yonder On the Cape. The property was beautifully furnished, very clean and well supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The unit is beside the pool and just a very short walk to the beach. The unit's elevator is great for anyone with mobility issues. The rental agency was very pleasant and easy to work with. We look forward to renting this unit again and would definitely recommend this unit and this rental agency to family and friends.

Perfect! The house was everything we needed. All the adults had their own bedroom with private bath, bedrooms were a nice size, not cramped. The kids did great in the bunk room, good size room for 4 kids with their private bath. Kitchen and living room was a good size for 10, could use better seating in the living room (another couch). LOVED that there was a full size washer and dryer. There was plenty of beach chairs to use along with toys and cart. Easy walk to the beach. One thing that would be nice would be a full size beverage fridge on the first floor. The elevator was awesome. All in all would couldn't have had a better home for our stay at the beach.

Newest unit in Sea Cliffs. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Even a crock pot. Beach chairs, beach toys and other things are provided. Again n everything is new and updated. Really nice place.

Over Yonder at the Cape was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 teens. It’s a short walk to the ocean. Loved the elevator and separate baths for each bedroom. The living area could use more comfortable seating—one sofa that seats 3 and one chair is woefully insufficient. The noise level was also an issue since there is no carpet anywhere just wood floors and ceramic.

Over Yonder on the Cape was absolutely perfect for our annual girls trip! The property was immaculately clean and the attention to detail was evident as soon as we walked in the door. Toys, chairs, and a beach cart are readily available by the back door. Having surprise gift on each bed was a nice and appreciated surprise. The elevator to transport our luggage and supplies was one of the best features for staying at this beautiful, 4-story townhouse. Over Yonder on the Cape had everything we needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation. Communication with the staff at Coastal Joe staff great and the checkin/checkout process was easy. Great property. Pet friendly. This property is newly built and pristine. Clearly, the owners are very concerned with making sure the guests have a relaxing stay. They have courtesy chairs, beach buggy, toys, etc. I thought it was going to feel cramped within the townhouse community, but this is a stand alone house among other houses. It is a quaint sense of community with year round occupants. It didn't take more than one sunset to meet our neighbors and plan for the next sunset. The pool was a refreshing break from the beach. One day, the sun was out but the wind was just enough to make it chilly, so we retired to the pool where I got the most of my burn... Location. You're at the far end of the cape so the beach has low traffic. Conehead's is right at the entrance of the complex. We ate there three dinners and a lunch. A little bit further down and you are a Longbill's restaurant, a derivative of the old Toucans in Mexico Beach. Bedrooms: Two masters with kings, a queen room and a great kids bedroom that easily sleeps 6 kid. Yes - there are a lot of steps, but I just saw it as much needed leg conditioning and a workout. The elevator was perfect when we needed to carry up luggage and groceries, or you want a fast easy ride to the top floor. The property is still recovering from the storm, so you will see work in progress as the are still completing repairs.

Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location. Townhome was clean and as described. Thank goodness for the elevator. Campfires and dogs on the beach were the highlight of the trip. We would recommend this place and beach to anyone wanting to relax in a laid back atmosphere.

If it had not been for the elevator we would never have been able to stay there. Extras (salt, pepper, paper towel) like other places we’ve stayed on the Cape. The pool was not usable for the first 4 days after tropical storm Sally went through. It was black. They worked on it and it recovered nicely by the end of the week and we could use it. The beach chairs, toys and cart were great. We could not have carried all our stuff down to the beach. We did see a snake and there was a small alligator in the pond. There are signs to warn you but watch your small dogs. We could see the ocean but not the beach or the sunsets from the balcony. The neighbors are close enough to see your PJ’s when you go out to sit for morning coffee.

We cook almost all meals here, we could not manage without buying a set of durable large bowls, and towels were sparse,1 per person so also bought hand towels, face cloths and bath towels. Otherwise I would be spending every day doing laundry. I've now created a beach box with essentials such as these for the next vacation. That being said, we had everything else we needed to stay for 2
weeks. If you have young ones they also provide beach toys and cart. One thing to be aware of, lack of carpet was nice for cleaning however it made for a very noisy house, bring earplugs or the ones that got to bed late will not be able to sleep when early risers get up. Everything echoes throughout the house. Regardless it is such a beautiful place we will definitely rent again.

The property is new and it shows. It is in excellent condition. The location has beach views. The elevator was a help to an elderly family member. There were a few minor issues which I expect Coastal Joe will handle. Overall, we had a Great Time!

This unit was very nice, perfect for our family vacation with 4 adults and 4 kids. First thing when I walked in I was impressed with the attention to detail. The furnishings and decor were perfect. The place was absolutely spotless. Nice high ceilings and tile throughout. The kitchen supplies were adequate, I'd like to see the pots and pans updated though. The only other thing I would change would be the bath towels. They're really small and not soft at all. Those 2 things though were really the only things I would change about the unit. One helpful hint if you rent this unit, the gorgeous high ceiling on the upper floor and the beautiful tile floors throughout the entire place make sound travel and amplifies it. If I rent this place again I'll bring some earplugs lol!!

This vacation rental is very nice, modern, clean and well appointed. It’s close proximity to the beach makes it so convenient to take the “littles” to the beach for a while and then return for a lunch or a nap. And then get right back to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The community pool looked inviting but was a little chilly for us during our February stay. And the beach was never crowded!

This is at least our 5th or 6th year in a row renting from Coastal Joe. Everyone there has been amazing to work with! Our usual rental was unavailable this year due to hurricane damage, so we were given a unit with an almost identical layout. Everything about it was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. And we will be returning again next summer as usual!

Very awesome, kind, sweet and helpful people at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals in person or on the phone!!! Had the place ready and clean and let us check in early when we got there!!

We had a great 2019 vacation staying at Over Yonder On the Cape. The condo was beautiful and the elevator was a blessing. 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 4-9) had plenty of space. Beds and baths were exceptional and plenty of HDMI TVs for kids gaming devices in evenings after fun and sun. The quality grill was a plus. The only improvement I would suggest is more large pots and pan for families who stay in and cook in evening.Excellent stay in light of the aftermath of Hurricane Michael 8 months prior.
