Seaside Haven includes over 1,700 square feet of well-appointed living space and even more covered outdoor space to enjoy. Starting at the top, the 2nd level open floor plan living/dining/kitchen is airy and bright with a large ocean-view deck, perfect for sunset views over the Gulf. The 2nd floor bedroom with King bed offers a bay-facing balcony with breathtaking sunrise views, full bath in hall.
The first floor boasts a King Primary Suite with Gulf views, including an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Primary suite also includes French door access to a 2nd large deck. The third bedroom has lovely sea views and a King bed, also with direct deck access. The 4th bedroom has a charming Full-over-Full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a hall bath and all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with Roku device to allow for streaming. A laundry closet is also located on first level for your convenience.
The large space under the home allows for covered gas grilling, pool-side dining, and cornhole, as well as covered parking. Seaside Haven includes space for parking 3-4 vehicles, an outdoor shower, and EV Car Charging.

• 1-minute walk to the neighborhood’s Nature trail and observation deck
• Short 4-minute walk to beach via the neighborhood beach access
• 2-minute walk to the 9-mile Loggerhead Run Bike path, a paved bike and running trail connecting the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and Salinas Park.
• 5-minute walk to the famous Weber’s Little Donut Shop as well as Peachy’s Beach Eats, St. Joe Shrimp Company and the Cape Trading Post.
• Only a short drive to other restaurants and shops on Cape San Blas, pontoon boat rental at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, pickleball, playground and beach horseback riding at Salinas Park

To assist in your adventure at Seaside Haven, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location provides a wonderful view as well as a large amount of beach. We have be coming to the Cape for many years and this has been the best home rental yet. I would highly recommend this rental and would only suggest maybe some blinds i. the master bathroom for some privacy. We had wonderful service from management as well and would recommend Coastal Joe to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in the area.

Our family of five loved our stay at Seaside Haven! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our fam. The pool was definitely the biggest hit with our kids! The walk to the beach was easy—especially with the beach rental credit we used for a wagon, which made hauling our gear a breeze. We also loved being so close to the Cape Trading Post and nearby ice cream and donut spots. One day, we drove to the state park to kayak, and we found the best sno cones there too! Coastal Joe was quick and helpful in responding to any questions we had during our stay. We left happy, relaxed, and wishing we had more time. Highly recommend!

Seaside Haven is well represented in the pictures. Love the king beds in each bedroom and the larger bunk beds for the kids. Plenty of space for 8 people to spread out. Great views of the ocean from the top floor den, kitchen and porch area. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The kids love the pool and we all used the outdoor shower after the beach. Excellent location! Short, easy walk to the beach. We loved riding bikes to the fish store and the market. Short ride or walk to the fish store for fresh fish or a great lunch sandwich. We also loved that there were pickleball courts! Fun addition to our beach trip. We would definitely stay at Seaside Haven again!

Had a wonderful stay at Seaside Haven ! The house is beautiful, well appointed, spacious , clean , and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size. Love the step in stone showers that have excellent water pressure! The living room, dining, and kitchen area is spacious as well. The kitchen has everything you need for creating fabulous meals that can be enjoyed while looking out at the ocean. The front balconies provide a beautiful view of the ocean. Sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning listening to the ocean was heavenly. The balcony off the upstairs bedroom provides the opportunity to watch stunning sunrises over the bay. And then there is the beautiful beach which is a short walk away. The sugar sand and pristine water is amazing ! The stress will melt away while enjoying your days at the beach. Of course after spending the day at the beach what can be better than a dip in the pool. Of course there is an outdoor shower as well for rinsing off. The location is central to everything on Cape San Blas. If you want to spend a day off the beach Port St. Joe and Appalachicola are close with fun stores and restaurants. Lastly, pets are welcome and there is a multi-use paved path nearby . I highly recommend Seaside Haven. I will definitely be coming back !!

Our stay at Seaside Haven was all that we needed and more. The inside is spacious, clean and stays cool during the hottest part of the day. The outside pool is glorious and gets plenty of sunlight. The upper deck is incredible with beautiful views of the ocean -- it's perfect for a morning coffee and relaxation. The beach is super close, less than a 5 minute walk, which was perfect for us. Excellent location overall. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
