Overall we had a great trip. The home was surface clean inside but overall pretty dirty. The showers had mold on the corners and sliding door rails, the entire home could use a deep cleanse and paint. Our 2 yo likes to “sweep” and he would pick up the area rugs and the dirt under them was bad, we had to hunt for toys and under the couches and beds was so sandy and dusty. We even flipped back a corner of the large area rug and there was a whole beach of sand under there. Looking between couch cushions, lots of crumbs and mold on the cushions. The outside could use a good landscaping clean up, sitting on the porch during rain and there was a leak hitting me on the couch. The mgt company was wonderful. Will use them again just not this location.

We've already addressed your concerns with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and will be scheduling a thorough inspection to tackle mold, dust, and general upkeep both inside and out. We're also looking into the leak you mentioned and the condition of the outdoor area to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. While we're disappointed to hear this property didn’t meet expectations, we’d love the opportunity to host you again at Sol Searchin', or one of our other properties.
