great location, nice pool love the grassy areas

A White Sand Retreat is such a nice, comfortable townhouse. Great views of both the gulf and bay. Beds are comfortable, so much so we would like to purchase mattress brand for home. Extremely well stocked kitchen, except no Keurig. It had everything else you could want. House was clean, well decorated and had a swiffer, vacuum, etc. Even had some beach stuff and bike.

excellent location, condo in very well maintained condition, stocked with everything we needed, even grill and bicycle! How cool is that! It was only 2 of us so we locked 1 floor bedrooms, but condo is big and easily can fit family of 8. We watched sunsets from the huge balcony on the 3rd floor, and sunrises from the kitchen! Condo resort and surrounding area is so quiet and peaceful. Also very smooth transaction with Coastal Joe management company. Overall A!

The Rental was a very nice unit. We did have trouble with the WiFi from the start and it took a few attempts, but Coastal Joe fixed it. We also had a light bulb that went out during our stay and this was also fixed right away. Coastal Joe was very quick to come out. I think a table and chairs on the middle floor balcony would be a good idea. We had guests stay with us and they loved the views. Overall very nice.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view. Furniture is very comfortable, the beds are great & kitchen is well stocked. There is no elevator—- lots of steps. We loved every minute being here & definitely will rent again.

This unit was perfect for us. Very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was very nice having a bathroom for each bedroom. it was a very easy walk to the beach. It’s been a few years since we were able to come to the Cape and we’ve never stayed at this end but the beach was a little more crowded than we remembered. Still nothing like Panama or Destin though. I loved that there was no carpet anywhere in the unit! The beds were comfortable and the unit overall was furnished very nicely. We had a wonderful vacation here!

We enjoyed our time at A White Sands retreat. It was a lovely home with everything we needed. We liked sitting out on the porch taking in the views. The walk ways thru the complex were great. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. We hope to be back next year!

Well done. Furniture comfortable, appeared new. Nice seaside colors. Large dining table plus counter seating. Well equipped kitchen. Each floor had its own balcony with chairs, etc. Three lovely bedrooms with their own bathrooms. What more could you ask for. Overlooking the pool.
Great restaurants, groceries, supplies 5 minutes away. Plus the gorgeous state park. Great fishing for a few days.
