At the time of this stay, the property did experience a few maintenance issues, which were promptly addressed. The dishwasher concern and cleanliness oversight were definitely not up to our standards, and we have since worked directly with our cleaning and inspection teams to ensure this does not happen again. As for the concerns about mold, the home was inspected following your departure. While there were some areas where mildew was forming, mold was not found; however we always err on the side of caution and completed a thorough deep clean of the home. This is Florida, mold/mildew comes quickly and repeatedly with the highs and lows of the Florida temps this time of year. It's honestly a never ending battle, especially in this humid climate. We also want to clarify that when a service provider was sent to the home, it was in response to reported issues and we intended to resolve them quickly for your convenience. We do apologize if the timing of that visit caused any discomfort and will reinforce communication expectations with our team moving forward. We accommodated your relocation and provided a refund as approved, as our goal is always to ensure guests are comfortable and taken care of, even when unexpected issues arise.
