Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a hall bath and all bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with Roku device to allow for streaming. A laundry closet is also located on first level for your convenience. The large space under the home allows for covered gas grilling, pool-side dining, and cornhole, as well as covered parking. 3 bedroom home in St. Joe Beach A Hidden Oasis is just that, a charming 3 bdrm home tucked away in St. Joe Beach. This one story home is only 3 blocks from the beach and provides privacy with a fenced in yard and plenty of room for parking. The screened in back patio looks out to the backyard with a great fire pit for lots of S'mores making fun! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 queen bedrooms and one with a set of bunk beds. (Pictures show 3rd bdrm with a full size bed but owner is changing to a bunk in March.) This home has a few steps to get into the home but other than that it is all on one level! It is not pet friendly. St. Joe Beach is on the western end of Gulf County and just a short drive to downtown Port St. Joe. It borders Bay County and Mexico Beach. The shoreline faces west which provides amazingly beautiful sunsets! Come and escape to our "Hidden Oasis"!

High as a Kite is a brand new, modern beach house with views of the gulf from 2 levels, and peek-a-boo views of the bay. The reverse floor plan allows relaxation with a twin size swinging daybed, 2 hanging hammock chairs, and 4 club chairs on the screened in deck, just off the 2 King bedrooms. There is enough parking to accommodate a boat under the home, an 8x60 turf grass "dog run" that's fully fenced in, and a hot/cold outside shower. Elevator services all floors There are 3 Bedrooms on the main level. Bedroom 1 (Master) with a King bed, and private walk-in custom shower. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Full/Full Bunk. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The top floor is truly breathtaking, with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. The state of the art kitchen offers a 36in. gas cooktop range, custom cabinets, and a 8.5ft family size table. If you love to cook, you'll be right at home. From Viking Cookware, to the BBQ cart that can be brought downstairs for your convenience while you grill up those fresh fish filet's. After a long day at the beach, sit back and have a cold drink while watching the sunset in the open deck area, or head inside and relax in front of the 85in flat screen TV. Family-friendly board games, music, and making those memories for years to come. The community pool is located across from the house, and you're only 100 yards from the beach boardwalk.
